Lessons and materials will be billed at the beginning of each month for that month. Payment of your bill is due at the first lesson of every month.
Lessons or material not paid within 30 days will be subject to a one time 20% late fee on the unpaid balance.
If you must miss a lesson, please notify me no less than ONE week in advance, (at your lesson the week before the missed lesson or earlier), or you will be billed for the missed lesson. I do not credit lessons, but in cases of emergency or illness, I will make every effort to help you reschedule the lesson at a time that is convenient for both of us. If you decide to discontinue lessons before the end of the season (June), you will be billed through the end of the current month.
All lessons and make-up lessons will be held at the Kathryn Lewek Studio of Voice and Piano.
